Pre-Closing Checklist for Builders
Prior to Closing, please provide the following:
- Copies of the Corporate Documents showing who has the authority to sign at closing
- Names of all parties on the title to the property
- Homeowners Association contact information, including contact name, address, and telephone number
- Payoff information including loan numbers, phone numbers and points of contact
Please bring the following to your closing:
- Photo Identification
- Copies of any Corporate Documents indicating who has the authority to sign at closing
- The survey
- Keys, garage door openers, access codes, etc.
- The original Certificate of Occupancy
- The original Termite Letter, along with the soil treatment report
- Home Builders Warranty Information, if applicable
